【減量中の簡単手作りおやつ】EN follows

材料は①オートミール、②熱湯、③冷凍ミックスベリー、④ステビア(天然甘味料)。
①〜③は1:1:1(朝食として食べて50gずつくらいが適量)、④はお好みで少々。
作り方は、①〜④をとにかくぐちゃっぐちゃっと混ぜるだけ。
カロリー・GI値が低い、栄養価が高い、腹持ちがいい、そして美味しい!

What you need is: ①oatmeal、②brewed water、③frozen mixed berries、④stevia – a natural sweetener.
Portion of ① to ③ should be1:1:1 (50g for each should be enough for a breakfast), and just a little bit of ④.
What you have to do is to mix all the ingredients. That’s all!
Low calories, low GI, but rich in nutrition; it keeps you going long and above all it is tasty!
